In today's world, English is becoming increasingly important. Now, more than ever before, Indonesian teenagers need to ensure that they have the English language skills necessary for them to progress at school and to prepare for a role in the global society.
TBI is aware of the challenges facing the next generation and our schools are committed to delivering quality programmes to teenagers.
English language training for teenagers focuses on providing students with the type of skills that will assist them in their current studies and put them on the path to English language fluency.
Teenagers' classes at TBI help students:
TBI's experienced and qualified expatriate and Indonesian instructors teach English in a way that combines fun with real learning.
In class the focus is on the students and maximising their participation in lessons, with the teacher acting as a facilitator.
At the end of a TBI level teenage students take a University of Cambridge KET (Key English Test) or PET (Preliminary English Test) practice exam. These exams test reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. On completion of a TBI level all students are presented with a TBI certificate.
Course details vary slightly from city to city, so for more detailed information about English for Young Learner programmes, contact the TBI branch nearest to you.
