Jodi Shiek has been teaching English at The British Institute for almost eight years. Jodi is a CELTA (Certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults) , YL Ext (Young Learner Extension) Trainer, and also a trainer for TBI’s teacher training programmes such as GITE (General Introduction to Teaching English), ITEC (Introduction to Teaching English to Children), ITEP (Introduction to Teaching English to Pre-Schoolers) and TDW (Teacher Development Workshop). Her cheerful personality and great enthusiasm has made her a very popular teacher and also teacher trainer. Throughout her career, she has taught different types of classes but she particulary enjoys teaching children.
